I picked up Super Speciosa mainly because the capsules seemed way easier than dealing with powder. No scooping, no spills, and I can just toss them in my bag when I’m heading out, which is the biggest plus for me.
That said, I do have mixed feelings. The convenience is great and ordering was straightforward, but I’m still figuring out if they’re totally worth it for me long term. Overall I’m happy with them, and I’d probably buy again.

I ordered from Super Speciosa and the package did eventually show up with everything in it, so no issues there. The shipping was just slower than I expected, and the tracking didn’t move for a few days, which had me checking it way too often. I also kind of felt passed around when trying to figure out what was going on, like I was waiting on someone else to have an answer. Not the worst experience, but definitely not super fast either. 3 stars feels fair.
